TRADITIONAL FAYRE
The bakery has been handmaking
oatcakes and shortbread from scratch since it began in 1830. Since
then we have added an award winning Black Bun as well as a superior
Selkirk Bannock packed with succulent sultanas to our range.
Our savoury pies also
attract attention of their own with our Scotch Pie winning Gold
at the World Scotch Pie Championships in 2005 and 2001, Silver in
2002 and Bronze in 2006. Our Curry Pie won Bronze in 2001,
our Turkey and Cranberry speciality pie won the Gold Award in 2004
and our Chicken Slice won the Silver Award in 2010.

of traditional fayre is:
Jim's oatcakes
available as triangles, rounds or cocktail size in original
recipe or piquant parmesan and black pepper variety.
Scotch, haggis,
curry, macaroni and steak pies are also available in smaller
party size.
Selkirk Bannock
Shortbread
small rounds available all year round, large rounds only available
during the Christmas season.
Black Bun only available
during the Christmas season.
